Cell Biolabs' QuickTiter™ AAV Quantitation Kit provides an ultra-fast 45-60 minute procedure that measures physical titer of unpurified AAV-2 or AAV-DJ, or of purified virus from any AAV serotype, via the viral nucleic acid content. Quantitation is performed on a 96-well fluorescence based plate reader. The kit provides sufficient reagents for 20 assays.
